This Website Privacy Notice applies to the personal data we collect through your use of our Site only. When you access another website belonging to our affiliate in the Swire Pacific Offshore Group (“SPO Group”), please check the privacy policy of each such website which you visit and do not assume that this privacy policy applies to all websites operated by the SPO Group. In this policy, the SPO Group means Swire Pacific Offshore Operations Pte Ltd (“SPO”) and all its affiliates as set out in www.swire.com.sg

This Website Privacy Notice explains what personal data we collect from you, for which purposes we collect and use such personal data, how long we retain the personal data, how to access and update your personal data and how to contact us for further information.

Unless otherwise specified at the relevant part of the Site, your personal data is ultimately controlled by Cadeler, a company registered in Denmark with its business address at Fairway House, Arne Jacobsens Allé 7, DK-2300, Copenhagen S, Denmark.

• Personal information which you provide to us through our recruitment page or which you otherwise provide to us through our website when submitting any enquiry or feedback through our Site. Such personal information includes your name, address, telephone number, email and work experience

Legal basis and purpose for processing the data?

Our legal basis for processing your personal data could be any of or a combination of the following:

As our vessels operate in many countries and we are also part of the SPO Group, which is a global business that operates in many countries, we may share your personal data in the following circumstances:

For personal data submitted for job applications through our website, please refer to our privacy notice for job applicants on our retention policy for such information.

For all other personal information submitted through our website by you, we will delete such personal data without undue delay once there is no longer a legitimate purpose to retain it, or where you object to or withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data.
